Everyday Greens Smoothie

Some days there is nothing I fancy more than a smoothie packed FULL of greens. I don’t know what it is but whenever I drink them, they just make me feel as though I fully have my life together, you know? I love love love how they make me feel. Fresh and full of goodness. This one in particular is my go-to combination whenever I’m having a green smoothie. Everyday Greens Smoothie

Prep time: Less than 5 minutes

Total time: 5 minutes (or preferably overnight)

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

* 1 frozen banana

* 1 cup frozen mango

* handful of kale

* 1 tsp maca powder

* 1/2-1 tsp spirulina

* 3 tsp/1 large scoop protein powder (I used hemp for this particular recipe)

* approx 2-3 cups water (to combine)

Method:
1. Place all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
